The 3-day Change Management | Change Management Foundation course, current version 3, accredited by the Change Management Institute and APMG-International, is designed to help organizations and their people manage the impact of change on individuals, teams, change leaders and organizations. The course covers techniques to effectively plan and implement successful transformation initiatives.

Each participant should register for a remote training session between 8:30-8:50am CET
The workday will run from 9:00am to 3:30pm CET
There will be several breaks during the working day, including a 60-minute lunch break and 10-minute coffee breaks after each hour of training

On-site training organization

The workday will run from 9:00am to 5:00pm CET
A set of accredited training materials is distributed electronically

Accreditation granted to Asseco Data Systems S.A. (Asseco Academy) by APMG-International Limited.

Exam

Change Management™ Foundation Exam
- Exam type: multiple choice test (1 correct answer out of 4);
- Exam language: English;
- Number of questions: 50;
- Duration: 40 minutes;
- Pass mark: 50% correct answers (25/50);
- Exam version: online during training;
- Exam date: last day of training;
- Prerequisites: completion of Change Management Foundation training;
- Exam is supervised by Asseco Academy; presentation of a Photo Identification Document (ID) is required to take the exam, and a camera and microphone on is required for the remote training exam;
- No 3rd parties are allowed in the room during the exam;
- Closed book exam;
- It is possible to choose a version of the exam in the form of a Voucher. Then the Participant sets the exam date on his/her own by logging into the AMPG system. Such an exam is supervised by APMG.
