The 2-day accredited ITIL® Foundation (version 5) training course will introduce you to the key concepts of digital product and service management and establishes a common language for effective practice across organizations.

It provides an overview of the ITIL framework, including its guiding principles, core models, and fundamental concepts, and explains how these elements are used to create, deliver, and continually improve products and services.

ITIL Foundation (version 5) enables you to understand how value is co-created through the effective management of products and services, and how organizations apply ITIL guidance to improve performance, collaboration, and outcomes.

It also explains how the ITIL framework has evolved to support modern technologies, data-driven decision-making, automation, artificial intelligence, and contemporary ways of working, while remaining adaptable to different organizational contexts and levels of maturity.

Course content:

The ITIL® Foundation (version 5) training course is an intensive 2-day program, packed with practical knowledge, real-world examples, exercises, and group discussions to reinforce the important points.

During the training, we will discuss sample exam questions together to prepare you for the certification exam.

The training agenda is as follows:

Day 1

  • Module 1: Key concepts of digital product and service management
    • digital product and service management and its purpose
    • product, service, digital product, and digital service as key concepts
    • ITIL Product and Service Lifecycle as a core concept of digital product and service management
    • service offerings and service interactions
    • how service offerings and service interactions support service consumption
    • value, value co-creation, cost, and risk in service management
    • difference between outputs and outcomes.
  • Module 2: Service relationships
    • how utility, warranty, user experience, and sustainability contribute to value co-creation
    • key service relationship concepts, including service provider, service consumer, digital product vendor, service journey, service quality, service level, and Service Level Agreement (SLA)
    • basic, cooperative, and collaborative service relationships
  • Module 3: The ITIL Value System (ITIL VS)
    • components of the ITIL Value System and their role in an organization, including guiding principles, governance, the value chain, management practices, and continual improvement

    • ITIL Four Dimensions of Product and Service management and their importance in a holistic approach
    • how AI can assist in the product and service development lifecycle

If the exam voucher is redeemed outside PeopleCert Region 3, Asseco Academy has the right to issue the customer an invoice for the difference in price between the region of purchase and the region of use. This is in accordance with PeopleCert’s voucher redemption policy.

Dodatkową korzyścią jest fakt dyspozycyjności osób biorących udział w szkoleniu w nagłych sytuacjach wtedy, gdy pilnie wymagana jest ich obecność na stanowisku pracy. W przypadku skorzystania z programu Klient zapewnia jedynie salę szkoleniową lub konferencyjną niezbędną do przeprowadzenia szkolenia wraz z podłączeniem do Internetu. Gwarancja terminu szkolenia to program obejmujący kursy, które odbędą się w planowanym terminie bez względu na ostateczną liczbę uczestników. Wszystkie szkolenia objęte programem są wyróżnione w katalogu szkoleń dedykowaną ikoną

    Warunki programu

    1. Planowane terminy kursów objętych programem mogą zostać zmienione wyłącznie w przypadku wystąpienia problemów natury organizacyjnej lub technicznej niezależnych od Asseco Data Systems powodujących, że przeprowadzenie kursu nie jest możliwe, a których nie można było przewidzieć. Wówczas Klient zostanie pisemnie poinformowany o okolicznościach oraz otrzyma propozycję kolejnego możliwego terminu.
    2. W przypadku wystąpienia okoliczności, o których mowa w pkt. 1 oraz zmiany terminu kursu objętego programem, Klient zostanie poinformowany o ww. okolicznościach, nowych terminach kursu oraz w ramach rekompensaty otrzyma dodatkowy rabat w wysokości 10% bez względu na wysokość wcześniej uzyskanych rabatów.

    • Exam date is set by the participant directly in the PeopleCert system,
    • The exam is supervised by PeopleCert; photo ID is required, and the camera and microphone must be turned on during the exam;
    • No third parties are allowed in the room during the exam;
    • Prerequisites: Completion of an accredited ITIL Foundation training course,
    • Closed book exam,
    • Exam voucher valid: 12 months from purchase (unless other terms apply in the promotion),
    • Certificate valid: 3 years from date of issue, with the possibility of extension.
