Course description:
3-day accredited ITIL® Transformation (version 5) training provides practical, scalable guidance for embedding, sustaining, and optimizing change across products and services.
ITIL Transformation differs from routine improvement in its scale, scope, cost and risk. It requires coordinated change across many dependencies and may involve significant uncertainty. Understanding transformation complexity helps explain why different contexts require different methods; predictable contexts allow detailed planning while unpredictable ones require adaptive approaches. Transformation work is structured into four interconnected layers: governance, positioning, execution and learning, which together connect strategic direction, contextual understanding, implementation, and continual improvement.

The ITIL® Transformation (version 5) training course is an intensive 3-day program, packed with practical knowledge, real-world examples, exercises, and group discussions to reinforce the important points.

PeopleCert Official Mock Exam – Version A. This is a full, timed and marked exam arranged to give you a feel of the real exam and help you familiarize with thxe examination interface. There are 2 different official mock exams available – version A or B.
You can choose the language of the exam – Polish, English or other.
