ITIL Product training is focused on how product management enables the Digital Product and Service Lifecycle. It shows how to apply in practice the 8 activities of the digital product vendor’s value chain (discover, design, acquire, build, transition, operate, deliver, and support).
ITIL Product is written to be practical and directly applicable. It provides role-specific insights that can be applied immediately to product development, delivery, operations, and improvement.
