A one-day intensive ITSM Overview training course will introduce you and your team to the world of IT services. We will answer key questions – Does IT matter? How do you deliver value with services? Who is who in a service model? How to adapt an agile culture and DevOps practices to service delivery? How to get started with a service model and how to strive for excellence?
