    Purposes and Legal Basis of Processing<\/strong>
    Personal data will be processed for the purpose of:<\/p>\n

    • receiving, verifying, and handling the reported incident concerning irregularities related to the issued certificate – on the basis of the controller’s legitimate legal interest, which is ensuring compliance with the CA\/B Forum standards requirements (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Recipients of the Data:<\/strong>
      We may transfer your data to the following recipients: entities authorized under separate legal provisions, entities processing personal data on behalf of the controller to support its ongoing business activities (subcontractors, suppliers, including external system providers), provided that such entities process the data under a contract with the controller and exclusively in accordance with the controller’s instructions.<\/p>\n

      Transfer Outside the European Economic Area (EEA):<\/strong>
      We do not plan to transfer your personal data outside the EEA.<\/p>\n

      Data Retention Period:<\/strong>
      Your personal data will be stored for the period necessary for the full handling of the submitted report, and thereafter for the period during which such reports may be subject to audit by authorized entities.<\/p>\n
