    Based on the Effective Change Manager’s Handbook – aligned to the Institute’s Change Management Body of Knowledge (CMBoK) – courses explore how change affects, and is affected by, individuals, teams, organizations and change leaders, equipping individuals with the knowledge, theories and techniques to:<\/p>\n

                        • Exam is supervised by Asseco Academy<\/strong>; presentation of a Photo Identification Document (ID) is required to take the exam, and a camera and microphone on is required for the remote training exam;<\/li>\n
                        • No 3rd parties are allowed<\/strong> in the room during the exam;<\/li>\n
                        • The Effective Change Manager’s Handbook can be used for the exam;<\/strong><\/li>\n
                        • It is possible to choose a version of the exam in the form of a Voucher<\/strong>. Then the Participant sets the exam date on his\/her own by logging into the AMPG system.
