Course description:

The 2-day accredited Change Management Practitioner workshop prepares participants to become reliable organizational change managers.

Based on the Effective Change Manager’s Handbook – aligned to the Institute’s Change Management Body of Knowledge (CMBoK) – courses explore how change affects, and is affected by, individuals, teams, organizations and change leaders, equipping individuals with the knowledge, theories and techniques to:

Unlock resistance to change
Provide effective support and motivation to individuals and teams to embrace change
Draw from a range of professional approaches to implement change smoothly and effectively
Manage and inform key stakeholders throughout the change process
Speed up the implementation of change initiatives.

There will be several breaks during the working day, including a 60-minute lunch break and 10-minute coffee breaks after each hour of training

Egzamin

Change Management™ Practitioner Exam
- Exam type: multiple choice test based on case study;
- Exam language: English;
- Number of questions: 4 for 20 points each;
- Duration: 2.5 hours;
- Pass mark: 50% correct answers (40/80);
- Exam version: online during training;
- Exam date: last day of training;
- Prerequisites: completion of Change Management Practitioner training;
- Exam is supervised by Asseco Academy; presentation of a Photo Identification Document (ID) is required to take the exam, and a camera and microphone on is required for the remote training exam;
- No 3rd parties are allowed in the room during the exam;
- The Effective Change Manager’s Handbook can be used for the exam;
- It is possible to choose a version of the exam in the form of a Voucher. Then the Participant sets the exam date on his/her own by logging into the AMPG system. Such an exam is supervised by APMG.
