The ITIL® Service (version 5) eLearning is designed for organizations that deliver and manage digital services as their primary business, as part of a broader portfolio, or in combination with product development and management. Digital services are central to how modern organizations co-create value with their customers, users, and other stakeholders. They enable new and enhance existing business capabilities and allow to access and experience the value offered by digital products.

ITIL Service training is focused on how service management enables the Digital Product and Service Lifecycle. It shows how to apply in practice the 8 activities of the digital service vendor’s value chain (discover, design, acquire, build, transition, operate, deliver, and support).

ITIL Service is designed to be practical and directly applicable. It provides role-specific insights that can be applied immediately to service design, delivery, operations, support, and improvement. Above all, it emphasizes that effective service management is the result of co-creation: connected thinking, clear responsibilities, and continual improvement across product vendors, service providers, partners, and consumers.

Consider combining the knowledge from this course with ITIL Product training. Where the ITIL Service training emphasizes how services are managed, supported, and sustained, the ITIL Product focuses on product management, innovation, and delivery. Electronic materials are available on the PeopleCert portal after logging in and entering the voucher number.

The exam voucher can be redeemed by taking the exam in Poland or in another country in PeopleCert Region 3. If the exam voucher is redeemed outside PeopleCert Region 3, Asseco Academy has the right to issue the customer an invoice for the difference in price between the region of purchase and the region of use. This is in accordance with PeopleCert’s voucher redemption policy.

    PeopleCert Official Mock Exam – Version A. This is a full, timed and marked exam arranged to give you a feel of the real exam and help you familiarize with thxe examination interface. There are 2 different official mock exams available – version A or B.

    You can choose the language of the exam – Polish, English or other.

    • Familiarise with the exam environment;
    • Tackle exam-anxiety;

  • Exam Package: ITIL® Service (Learner Kit, eBook, Voucher)

    The mandatory exam package includes:

    • Official ITIL® Service (version 5) eBook,
    • Voucher for the ITIL® Service (version 5) online exam with On-line Proctor service.

    Information about the exam:

    • Type: Multiple-choice (1 correct answer out of 4),
    • Language: English,
    • Number of questions: 40,
    • Duration: 90 minutes (candidates taking the exam in a language that is not their native or working language are awarded 25% extra time, that is 113 minutes in total),
    • Pass rate threshold: TBD,
    • Scenario: Candidates should use the ITIL Car Rental Scenario, which gives background information that the questions apply to; for at least one question, candidates will also need to use the ‘Service’ part of the scenario,
    • Open book exam: ITIL® Service Official Book should be used, and candidates can make notes inside the book, but no other material is allowed,
    • Exam version: Voucher for an online exam proctored by PeopleCert – date individually agreed by the participant; for in-house groups, the exam can be taken online in the training room or in paper form,
    • The exam is supervised by PeopleCert; photo ID is required, and the camera and microphone must be turned on during the exam;
    • No third parties are allowed in the room during the exam;
    • Prerequisites: Completion of an accredited ITIL Service training course,
    • Exam voucher valid: 12 months from purchase (unless other terms apply in the promotion),
    • Certificate valid: 3 years from date of issue, with the possibility of extension.

    The exam voucher can be redeemed by taking the exam in Poland or in another country within PeopleCert Region 3*.
