We will introduce you and your team to the world of IT services. We will answer key questions – What is value? Who is who in a service model? How do you deliver value with services? How to adapt an agile culture and DevOps practices to service delivery? How to get started with a service model and how to strive for excellence?

Almost all services today are supported by IT, whether we are talking about financial services, telecommunications, education, entertainment or healthcare. IT is becoming an integral part of every business model and a source of competitive advantage. As a result, organizations that invest today in creating, developing and improving their IT Service Management capabilities will reap tremendous benefits.

On-site training organization

  • The workday will run from 9:00am to 5:00pm CET
  • A set of accredited training materials is distributed electronically

 

Remote training organization

  • Each participant should register for a remote training session between 8:30-8:50am CET
  • The workday will run from 9:00am to 3:30pm CET
  • There will be several breaks during the working day, including a 60-minute lunch break and 10-minute coffee breaks after each hour of training
