1. Warunkiem skorzystania z programu jest zgłoszenie na wybrane szkolenie minimum 7 uczestników o zbieżnych potrzebach rozwojowych i oczekiwaniach wobec zakresu szkolenia.

Program Gwarancja szkolenia w siedzibie Klienta daje możliwość zorganizowania dowolnego kursu w siedzibie Klienta bądź w innym uzgodnionym pomiędzy Klientem a Asseco Data Systems miejscu na terenie Polski. Program pozwala Klientom ograniczyć wydatki związane z podróżami oraz czasem spędzonym poza biurem przez pracowników. Dodatkową korzyścią jest fakt dyspozycyjności osób biorących udział w szkoleniu w nagłych sytuacjach wtedy, gdy pilnie wymagana jest ich obecność na stanowisku pracy. W przypadku skorzystania z programu Klient zapewnia jedynie salę szkoleniową lub konferencyjną niezbędną do przeprowadzenia szkolenia wraz z podłączeniem do Internetu. Wszystkie pozostałe elementy usługi są zapewniane przez Asseco Data Systems, w tym wszystkie wymagane urządzenia, takie jak notebooki, sieć bezprzewodowa, zdalne laboratoria, oprogramowanie oraz catering.

2. Klient jest odpowiedzialny za zapewnienie Sali szkoleniowej lub konferencyjnej niezbędnej do przeprowadzenia szkolenia wraz z podłączeniem do Internetu.

Program Gwarancja Terminu Szkolenia daje Klientom pewność, iż szkolenie objęte programem odbędzie się w planowanym terminie i lokalizacji, niezależnie od ostatecznej liczby uczestników. Szkolenia objęte programem są oznaczone dedykowaną ikoną w katalogu szkoleń.

Warunki programu

1. Planowane terminy kursów objętych programem mogą zostać zmienione wyłącznie w przypadku wystąpienia okoliczności niezależnych od Asseco Data Systems, w szczególności problemów organizacyjnych, technicznych, operacyjnych lub zdarzeń losowych, których nie można było przewidzieć przy zachowaniu należytej staranności, a które uniemożliwiają przeprowadzenie szkolenia zgodnie z harmonogramem. Dotyczy to również sytuacji związanych z niedostępnością trenera lub infrastruktury niezbędnej do realizacji kursu.
2. W przypadku wystąpienia okoliczności, o których mowa w pkt. 1, Klient zostanie niezwłocznie poinformowany drogą elektroniczną o przyczynach zmiany terminu oraz otrzyma propozycję najbliższego możliwego terminu realizacji szkolenia.
3. W przypadku zmiany terminu szkolenia objętego programem, Asseco Data Systems może przyznać Klientowi dodatkowy rabat lub voucher na kolejne szkolenie. Forma oraz wysokość rekompensaty ustalana jest indywidualnie, z uwzględnieniem charakteru zaistniałych okoliczności oraz wcześniejszych warunków handlowych.

The exam voucher is valid for 12 months from its purchase date at the regular price.

Information about the exam:

• Exam type: multiple choice test (1 correct answer out of 4);
• Exam language: English;
• Number of questions: 40;
• Duration: 60 minutes;
• Pass mark: 65% correct answers (26/40);
• Exam version: Voucher for the online exam implemented in the PeopleCert system; the voucher is sent to the participant’s e-mail address no later than the day after the training;
• The participant sets the exam date directly in the PeopleCert system after logging in to his/her account;
• The exam is supervised by PeopleCert; installation of ExamShield software, presentation of a Photo Identification Document (ID), and a camera and microphone on during the exam are required;
• Prerequisites: none;
• No 3rd parties are allowed in the room during the exam;
• Open book exam; During the exam, you may only use the Official Training Manual on a second device, such as a second laptop or tablet;
• Certification validity: 3 years.

The exam voucher can be redeemed by taking the exam in Poland or in another country within PeopleCert Region 3*. If the exam voucher is redeemed outside PeopleCert Region 3*, Asseco Academy has the right to issue the customer with an invoice for the difference in price between the region where the voucher was purchased and the region where it was used. This is in accordance with PeopleCert’s voucher redemption policy.
