If you hold an ITIL 3 or 4 certificate, each of your ITIL exams will cost less. The exam voucher is valid for 12 months from the order date. Prerequisite: Your ITIL 3 or 4 certificate must be registered in your PeopleCert account.
Others will receive a discount on each ITIL exam, but the exam must take place by December 31, 2025. Participants set their own exam dates with PeopleCert. Due to the holiday season and the availability of exam sessions, we recommend setting the exam date no later than 1-2 weeks before the end of the year.

Training materials and exam organization

Participants will receive a voucher by email no later than the 1st day of the course.
The voucher can be redeemed on the PeopleCert website after logging into user’s account.
Training materials and the official book are made available in electronic format in the user’s account on the PeopleCert platform.
The exam takes place remotely and is proctored by PeopleCert.
With the On-Line Proctor service, the exam can be taken at any time and from any location.
The exam date is set individually by the candidate on the PeopleCert platform.
The ExamShield software must be installed, and a photo ID must be presented.
A camera and microphone must be turned on during the exam and there must be no third parties in the room.

PeopleCert exam voucher regions

The exam voucher can be used to take the exam in Poland or in another country within PeopleCert Region 3. If the exam voucher is used outside PeopleCert Region 3, Asseco Academy has the right to invoice the client for the difference in price between the region where the voucher was purchased and the region where it was used. This is in accordance with PeopleCert’s voucher redemption policy.

The workday will run from 9:00am to 5:00pm CET

Remote training organization

Each participant should register for a remote training session between 8:30-8:50am CET
The workday will run from 9:00am to 3:30pm CET
There will be several breaks during the working day, including a 60-minute lunch break and 10-minute coffee breaks after each hour of training

Warunki programu
1. Planowane terminy kursów objętych programem mogą zostać zmienione wyłącznie w przypadku wystąpienia problemów natury organizacyjnej lub technicznej niezależnych od Asseco Data Systems powodujących, że przeprowadzenie kursu nie jest możliwe, a których nie można było przewidzieć. Wówczas Klient zostanie pisemnie poinformowany o okolicznościach oraz otrzyma propozycję kolejnego możliwego terminu.
2. W przypadku wystąpienia okoliczności, o których mowa w pkt. 1 oraz zmiany terminu kursu objętego programem, Klient zostanie poinformowany o ww. okolicznościach, nowych terminach kursu oraz w ramach rekompensaty otrzyma dodatkowy rabat w wysokości 10% bez względu na wysokość wcześniej uzyskanych rabatów.

Program Gwarancja bezpłatnego szkolenia demonstracyjnego daje Klientom możliwość bezpłatnego uczestnictwa w szkoleniu, dzięki czemu Klient może zweryfikować jakość świadczonych usług przez Asseco Data Systems i bezpośrednio zapoznać się z ofertą przed podjęciem decyzji o inwestycji w rozwój umiejętności własnych lub swoich pracowników.

1. Program daje możliwość uczestnictwa w roli słuchacza w 3-godzinnej sesji dowolnego szkolenia, spośród szkoleń potwierdzonych do realizacji przez Asseco Data Systems.
2. Uczestnictwo w programie nie uprawnia do dostępu do laboratoriów, otrzymania materiałów szkoleniowych oraz cateringu.

Program Gwarancja szkolenia w siedzibie Klienta daje możliwość zorganizowania dowolnego kursu w siedzibie Klienta bądź w innym uzgodnionym pomiędzy Klientem a Asseco Data Systems miejscu na terenie Polski. Program pozwala Klientom ograniczyć wydatki związane z podróżami oraz czasem spędzonym poza biurem przez pracowników. Dodatkową korzyścią jest fakt dyspozycyjności osób biorących udział w szkoleniu w nagłych sytuacjach wtedy, gdy pilnie wymagana jest ich obecność na stanowisku pracy. W przypadku skorzystania z programu Klient zapewnia jedynie salę szkoleniową lub konferencyjną niezbędną do przeprowadzenia szkolenia wraz z podłączeniem do Internetu. Wszystkie pozostałe elementy usługi są zapewniane przez Asseco Data Systems, w tym wszystkie wymagane urządzenia, takie jak notebooki, sieć bezprzewodowa, zdalne laboratoria, oprogramowanie oraz catering.

1. Warunkiem skorzystania z programu jest zgłoszenie na wybrane szkolenie minimum 7 uczestników.
2. Klient jest odpowiedzialny za zapewnienie Sali szkoleniowej lub konferencyjnej niezbędnej do przeprowadzenia szkolenia wraz z podłączeniem do Internetu.
